We currently provide a number of 2,3 bed homes for short to medium term rental. Our property is of a high standard and is offered on a first come first served basis. All prospective tenants are asked to first fill in the contact us section of this website. We then issue application forms.

Situated on the historic Liverpool our premises is well-placed for access to Liverpool city-centre, both Liverpool FC and Everton FC, The M&S Bank Arena, Aintree Racecourse - home to the world famous Grand National Steeplechase - and the beautiful beaches at Crosby and Formby.

We have 2, 2 bed apartments for rent on a short term basis. The property has equipped kitchens, all decorated and finished to a high-level of décor. The kitchens each contain fridge freezers, a washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle and every other home comfort you'll need to be comfortable during your stay.

We are able and pleased to welcome solo-travellers, couples, families and groups, and have the ability to welcome stag and hen parties from across the world.
